About

Coach Miguel Rivera is a CSCS-certified strength and conditioning coach with 15 years of experience training athletes from youth leagues to the professional level. A former Division I track athlete and assistant coach at the University of Miami, Coach Rivera has helped over 1,000 athletes improve their speed, agility, and game-day performance. Training takes place at our private facility in Coral Gables, FL, and online programming is available nationwide.

Individual Training

Private 1-on-1 sessions focused on your sport-specific goals. Assessment included.

Small Group Training

Groups of 3-6 athletes. Speed, agility, strength, and conditioning.

Summer Speed Camp
