Ember Kitchen & Bar is a neighborhood restaurant in the heart of Austin, TX, known for our wood-fired pizzas, hand-crafted cocktails, and vibrant live music scene. Chef Rosa Delgado brings 18 years of experience from kitchens in Mexico City, New York, and Barcelona. Our menu changes with the seasons, our bar features 15 local craft beers on tap, and every Friday night features live bands and DJs. Come for the food — stay for the vibe.
