We offer a no-questions-asked refund within 24 HOURS of your original payment. If 24 hours have passed since your payment, the fee is non-refundable. We picked this window because most platform issues that warrant a refund (wrong plan picked, accidental purchase, immediate dissatisfaction) surface within the first day. Beyond that, you've had real time to evaluate the product.
The 24-hour clock starts at the moment of: - Initial subscription purchase (first month / annual prepay) - Token-pack purchase - One-off service purchase (CRM-only, Posts-only, etc.) Subsequent renewals are NOT covered — the clock does not reset on each renewal. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
- Subscription fees (you keep access until the end of the period) - Token packs (whether or not you've used the tokens) - Service purchases (one-time fees for CRM-only / Posts-only / etc.) - Add-ons or one-off charges
Once you generate content (AI image, AI video, AI text) the tokens consumed are not refundable, regardless of the 24-hour window. We pay our AI providers per-call — used tokens have already cost us money.
Within the 24-hour window, email [email protected] with: - The email address tied to your OneUnit account - The Stripe receipt number (in your purchase confirmation email) - A short note about why you want the refund (helps us improve) We process eligible refunds within 5 business days. Refunds return to the original payment method via Stripe.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in your account being permanently suspended, and we may dispute the chargeback through Stripe.
